• Manage, train, and coach three interpretive rangers and the park’s volunteer coordinator.• Oversee a budget for media services, field and educational supplies, and animal care; manage an inventory of department supplies and animal care schedule.• Create annual program, outreach, and event schedules; advertise programs and events in local newspapers, websites, social media, and radio ads. • Book and coordinate tours and field trips; redesigned each around interpretive themes. • Write and design new interpretive signs for the park’s trails. • Plan and conduct special and national events for the park.

Conducted field trips and homeschool programs. Created new field trips based on historical research with the education team, and created and conducted workshops on different topics relating to the park for the public. Created info/orientation and interpretive signage and drafted a new park map based on audience considerations.

Researched, developed, and executed park historical programming for each season of the year. Conducted tours of the Indian River Lifesaving Station Museum. Took program reservations, conducted outreaches, performed school group tours, managed the museum's artifact collection, and fired black powder safely (historic demonstrations of a Lyle gun). Wrote articles for the newsletter, wrote and scheduled posts on social media, performed duties at the front counter (program payments, sales, and park passes), represented Delaware Seashore at community events, and created kids museum activities.

Worked as wait staff in a busy brewery taproom. Cleaned restaurant at open and close, cleaned dishes, cleared tables, and helped hosting, kitchen, and bar staff as needed.

Lead school groups through the park's educational programs, teaching students about the lives of the people of 17th century Virginia. Created and conducted summer camp programming and promoted the park as an educational venue.

Worked in the "Buyback" area processing items customers brought us to sell. Examined and priced items using the 2&C computer system and explained the Buyback process and gave offers on processed items. Operated the Buyback area as the lead buyer, directing others in the Buyback department and decided when to elevate situations to involve store management (rare or special orders).

Lead school groups through educational programs about the history of the American Civil War, the people of the antebellum South, and the lives of ordinary soldiers who fought in the Civil War. Inventoried the park's artifact collection as the collections intern in the PastPerfect database. Worked in the gift shop, admissions desk, library, staff “duty” stations in museum buildings to assist visitors, and other areas as needed.

Prepared and taught lessons for private tutoring sessions with individuals and small classes, special lessons on English for public school classes, ages 8 - 18, and planned and oversaw games, lessons, and activities for the Cosmopolitan English winter camp.
