Post Process Assembly Eng.: Responsible program manager for assigned plastic welding applications in automotive interiors.Application include: Instument panels, Glove box, Knee bolsters, Door panels, etc.for all NAO production facilities. Responsible for specifications, design, budgets, reviews, timing, run-off, installation and start-up tuning process at production facilities.

Automotive Eng. Manager: Responsible Group Manager for all NAO programs for plastic welding-assembly applications in Automotive Interiors, Exteriors and Underhood applications.Directly Responsible for organizational group manpower, scheduling on programs, departmental budgets, department adhearence to standards and specifications. Interact with team members on multiple program: designs, budgets, reviews, timing plans, run-off, installation and start-up tuning process at production facilities. Managed outside supplier designs and build schedules, work loading to guarantee customer schedules. Worked directly with designers on tooling and machine designs to meet application spec. conformity. Additional responsibilities included Facilities manager, with overall budget control, responsibility to move entire office to new facility within 6mnths, in budget, without work stoppage.Interacted with World wide Sales team and Purchasing to provide our customers the best assembly design and methods possible at the lowest cost
