Duties and Responsibilties:1. Develops and maintains a detailed project which includes administrative task and all sites involved in the project.2. Attends and participates in clients and elevator contractor coordination meetings an assists with determination of project requirements.3. Ensures coordination of the interfaces of clients and operations. 4. Prepares and / or edits minutes meetings, presentation and tables.5. Informs elevator contractor and ensures adherence to deadlines of the project.6. Provides details of schedules including project phases and dependencies at least preliminary engineering, property review, detailed design, installation testing and commissioning and site system acceptance. 7. Responsible for tracking project changes and procedures updated the site based on schedule as agreed with client.8. Compiles summary documents, e.g. floor plans, installation manuals and contracts (hard and soft copis)9. Responsible for tracking input from the project to develop and maintained detailed schedule.10. Working with Operations Manager, assists in developing a comprehensive workflow process for project. 11. Monitors installation of contractors and modifies project schedule as assigned.12. Assists Construction Management and elevator contractor in strategic meetings and follow up with meeting notes.13. Reviews project status, reports, deliverable items with Construction management that will be involved to determine proper lead time, procedure for accomplishment project, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. 14. Maintain good communication with technicians and contractors to assure timely and efficient completion of jobs, proper communication of issues, and proper documentation of the entire process at each job sites.15. Process daily, weekly and monthly reporting to ensure all schedules run smoothly, all jobs are completed as prescribe by committed schedules.

-Become familiar with available resource materials.-Become familiar with appraisal reports and report procedures.-Be able to understand a project plan.-Understand all phases of depreciation(physical, functional, economic and use terms Normal life and Functional life) -Review field work, analyzing final results for reasonableness and ensuring all notes are assembled properly for turning over to the office processing department.-Be able to analyze developed reproduction costs versus clients cost, reconcile differences and correctly apportion them to the various construction components and building services.-Analyze each appraisal assignment and be able to write meaningful facilities report to facilitate the review and call attention to unusual property conditions which ultimately may have bearing on appraisal conclusions.-Demonstrate good interpersonal skills with fellow employees, clients, branch managers and the public.-Understand company policy regarding professional appearance, conduct, travel expenses, etc.-Understand and be able to distinguish the job responsibilities of the professional classifications within the division.-Demonstrate logical analysis, reasonable judgement, and factual support for valuation conclusions.
