As the Director of IT for Digital Alchemy LLC., and now Digital Alchemy a TravelClick company, he has ten years of experience in helping blaze a trail in the hospitality industry by overseeing the installation, configuration, integration and data flow of over 25 PMS systems into the Digital Alchemy CRM platform. He not only oversees the IT department, but he is proactive in handling the day-to-day operations of the company from making sure all the amazing employees have the technology they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently to making sure the company is secure from outside threats.Kenneth has shown direction and leadership in managing the IT department at Digital Alchemy. As part of the management team he has helped make decisions that have directed the success of the company to be a leader in the hospitality CRM industry.With a degree in electronics as well as over 12 years of proficiency as an electrician he has experience in control systems, power balancing and managing of UPS systems for server rooms. He assisted in the design, layout and installation of the redundant Eaton UPS systems that keeps the Digital Alchemy infrastructure running smoothly during times of brownouts and power failures. He also helped design the backup generator systems that supplies electrical support to the Eaton UPS systems during extended power outages.Kenneth is an innovator with imagination.
