As the Director of IT for Digital Alchemy LLC., and now Digital Alchemy a TravelClick company, he has ten years of experience in helping blaze a trail in the hospitality industry by overseeing the installation, configuration, integration and data flow of over 25 PMS systems into the Digital Alchemy CRM platform. He not only oversees the IT department, but he is proactive in handling the day-to-day operations of the company from making sure all the amazing employees have the technology they need to do their jobs effectively and efficiently to making sure the company is secure from outside threats.Kenneth has shown direction and leadership in managing the IT department at Digital Alchemy.
