My name is Ken Jerome. I have over thirty years in food service experience. I have been in the restaurant and catering business most of my life and my reputation is stellar. I was the sole owner and proprietor of two well known kosher restaurants in Queens and Cedarhurst. For many they are household names, Traditions and Burger Nosh. I have an excellent work ethic and having been an owner in the food business for over thirty years myself, I know no other way than to treat any business I am involved in as my own. I look to utilize my staff and watch my expenses in the most profitable way possible, without affecting the quality of the product or service. I have worked well alongside many chefs, counter people, and wait staff and have always maintained an excellent rapport with both my employees and my customers.
