By general direction, perform professional analytical support work in areas such as recruitment, selection, classification, compensation, equal employment opportunity, labor relations, employee relations, performance coaching, succession planning, staff development, safety and risk management, payroll, compliance programs such as (EEOC, ADA, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation); recommend and administer approved personnel policies; and also perform a variety of complex administrative support tasks. Responsible for the collection of assigned delinquent mortgage loans through all legal means available, effectively managed delinquent mortgage portfolios, resolved customer delinquency by utilizing the most cost effective collections techniques to resolve customer delinquency and work towards a permanent solution, contributed to monthly collection reports and projections as required by management, promoted from 30 day collections straight to Loss mitigation, bypassing 60 day collections.
