My focus lies in enhancing safety, quality, cost, yield, productivity, and efficiency. Each year, I manage our 6-Sigma Black Belt Training Program, mentoring 25-30 candidates from various CPP facilities to ensure they're in sync with our organizational goals. I also spearhead program management for transitioning over 100 aerospace part numbers across eight CPP facilities. This involves intricate processes like customer negotiations, raw material procurement, and managing development activities. At Triax Turbine Components, I oversaw metals manufacturing operations for aerospace and industrial gas turbine components. This involved managing diverse processes like Injection Molding, Investment Casting, CNC Machining, and Assembly across two facilities in Arizona and Georgia. My comprehensive responsibilities included strategic planning, market plan execution, production planning, process control, and cost containment.
