Assisting a project team in setting up a EASA Part 145 Line Station based in Malta, specialising in third party narrow body line maintenance services. Duties include vendor selection, safety management, training management, sourcing of tooling and equipment, manual and procedure drafting and IT systems selection

Managing all of the technical aspects associated with the setup of a EASA Commercial Air Transport AOC based out of Malta. Duties include drafting of manuals and procedures, project management, liaising with AOC post holders for company inter department processes, liaising with Airbus and other OEM vendors, sourcing of line and base maintenance support, sourcing component and consumables support, development of a total paperless company approach, aircraft modification technical and operational evaluation, EFB systems analysis, and IT systems selection. Delivering projects goals ahead of schedule and developing inter departmental synergies in a total systems approach to the project.
