~ Budget forecast / OTB monitoring / Sale turnover, including KPI and all reporting (monthly / quarterly / annually)~ Operation flow build-up & execute (including SOP creation and training)~ Supervise operation flow for supply chain such as cost analyzing~ Communicate with APAC line managers for ordering and production schedule management (global logistics co-ordination)~ Products trend analyze and projection for model years~ Align with different dept. about WIP and communication on production and client hand-over

~ Generate reports for OTB, WOC, KPIs for head of merchandise for stock turnover, sell-through and stock level.~ Communicate and manage with vendors about production planning according to OTB forecast and distribution.~ Inventory contorl for stock allocation, stock replenishment and stock-take sale requirement with 6 POSs in HK.~ Communicate with salons about the clients’ orders and production process~ Assist in Wholesale management for production planning, shipment control and development.

~ Build and supervise repair procedure for APAC region, SOP for sales training about the process~ Generate reports weekly for HQ in UK, including special orders, product-collection and sale through via POS/SAP.~ Execution on monthly business analyze and development in Merchandising team, such as market targeting, stock allocation, ~ Salons coordination and communication (10 in HK/Macau and China), such as inquiry, order schedule, production planning~ Shipment control and monitor the process in timely manner

~ Align with gobal vendors about the supply chain, including production-planning, material-planning, delivery forecasting,~ Monitor daily shipments in order to meet the target qty needed, negotiate about the production time~ Supervise vendors to follow the BOM for production quality, handle the QC issue with US-head office~ Communicate with US-office about the shipment schedule and analyze the schedule
