Hi! I'm Kenneth Le. I am a recent graduate from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management, Business Analytics, and Information Systems. My academic focus included coursework in Programming for Business Analytics, Quantitative Models for Management Decisions, Operations Management, Database Systems, Systems Analysis and Design, Data Modeling in Business, and Strategic Management.During my internship at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), I spearheaded the development of a contract management database using VBA and Excel, significantly improving work efficiency. My contributions extended to the procurement process, where I successfully wrote Request for Proposals and Requests for Quotations, leading to the creation of 15 contracts totaling over $10 million. Additionally, I managed a high-value construction contract from project planning to quality control, resulting in the successful completion of a project valued at over $1 million. My academic background, coupled with my hands-on experience in both consulting and customer service, has equipped me with a unique blend of technical skills and practical knowledge.
