In addition, the responsibilities include coordination and preparation of reports via Excel and/or Crystal Reports and creation/verification of new method builder blocks and instrument software parsing techniques. Duties require that the e-methods, reports, method builder blocks, and parsing techniques are complete, accurate, and are provided to the laboratory/support staff within the requested timeline to meet or exceed quality expectations. This also requires the interaction with staff to determine the format and design, oversee the qualification and registration of each e-method, report, method builder block, and parsing technique, and to be a resource for training, mentoring, and the development of process improvements for the ELN system. In addition to the ELN system, the responsibilities include use of Spotfire software to create dashboards for real-time displays, both graphically and by tables, of database information.

Responsible for the preparation and/or assist in the preparation of technical documents, such as protocols, methods, development summaries, SOPs, client correspondences, reports, and other similar documentation with minimal supervision. Duties also include the interpretation, organization, and transfer of analytical data into technical reports. A proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software is needed to efficiently review, create, and format technical documents according to applicable SOPs and protocols within a timely manner. Consistent interaction to all analytical laboratory personnel is needed to provide prompt and accurate reviews and interpretations of technical documents.

Microbiology Dept. [Middleton, Wi]

Responsible for project management and test coordination for validation and routine bacterial endotoxin testing, antimicrobial effectiveness testing (also known as preservative effectiveness testing), and microbial limits testing, which includes total aerobic microbial count, total yeast and mold and testing for specified organisms. Also responsible for creation of methods, SOPs, and protocols related to various tests performed within the microbiology services department. Analyst coordinates with various groups within other departments to greater facilitate testing and meet client timelines. In coordination with the metrology department, the analyst is the primary analyst responsible to oversee the collection and testing of water samples from all building sites at Middleton, WI for microbial content.

Responsible for using analytical instrumentation such as HPLC, Dissolution apparatus, etc. Also responsible for calculation, reporting and evaluation of data in accordance to company SOPs and cGMPs.
