Q3 Core Account Manager of the Quarter

By leveraging Big Data, Predictive Analytics and Statistical Modeling, we help our clients determine where to locate talent, where to build talent, what skills to hire and how to gain strategic competitive advantages.- Hired to manage and grow Mid-Sized Enterprise client portfolio in EMEA- Working with all levels of stakeholders, from Talent Acquisition Managers to Chief People Officers and CHROs, to leverage data to drive impact of the HR function on the business.

- Promoted to this role to break into the Nordic growth business segment (1-300 employees) by winning new business through cold outbound and driving cross- and up-sell within the install base- Target personas included C-Level Executives & Senior Management within Sales, Marketing, Enablement and RevOps- Key industries included Tech/ Software/ FinTech, MedDev and Manufacturing

- Cold outbound to C-Level Executives & Senior Management at Enterprise organisations across various verticals and countries in EMEA- Collaborating with multiple AEs, identifying key target accounts within territory, mentoring new joiners, supporting BDR Manager

- Forecasting, allocating & pricing supply for 2 product groups in EMEA- Liaising with stakeholders across HQ, manufacturing, sales, customer service and distributors & customers
