During the year I have held this position from July 2022 onwards, I co-manage a team of 5, working with Warehouse Management Systems & Hand Scanners. I work cohesively with the sales & customer service departments. Daily Report production for Management Team. During my time here I reduced the amount of surplus faulty stock by 50% from 400K to 200K.I have been the Certified fire warden here since July 2022. Working cohesively with the management team I supervised a team of 5 warehouse operatives. We worked efficiently under my leadership and I was, and still am a highly respected member of the team.

I started at this company as an Operative responsible for order picking and packing, labelling, pallet building and unloading and loading of delivery trucks. I worked within a team of 7 and quickly became a respected member of the team among my peers and management.

Taking charge of stock Control within the warehouse, this position gave me much the same roles I had as stock controller but responsible for the team working there too.

For 4 months of 2019 I held this role and was responsible for a team of 11 with 4 extra agency staff. Overseeing & assisting where necessary, the team with such tasks as order processing & dispatch. I was also a key holder.

From starting this position in Jan 2018, I was mostly responsible for Returns, Order picking & packing, Stock locating & perpetual stock rotation.Certified in: Scissor lift, Reach & Counterbalance Forklift & Motorised pallet truck.

For 2 years from 2014, I proudly accepted the Supervisor role & took charge of reviewing & filing all Daily Activity Reports, vehicle inspections (Truck, bike & segways) & time cards. Set up all team members with their post rotations and ensured all staff maintained their zones to have continuous full coverage of the area which was a 52 acre property including retail, leisure office & residential. During 2013 for a year I enjoyed being fully responsible for ensuring safety of all patrons by constant patrolling of the area on foot/Bicycle/Segway/Truck, reporting any incidents taking place. I took responsibility for communicating with police should any incident require it. Communication with the team was carried out using 2-way radios.

After being discharged from the Air Force I immediately began this job with a view to it being my career. For 3 years from 2008 I enjoyed working as Security patrol at this property of 3 major business Offices & retail centers, working both day & night shifts.

*Completed basic training & Marksmen training therefore have knowledge of firearms. *Partial completion of tech school- training to become an Air Force Police Officer. *Unfortunate Honorable/Medical Discharge due to previous knee injury.
