Drafted portions of Navy SE acquisition documentation to ensure that the equipment procured will meet applicable environmental, safety, and occupational health requirements throughout the entire life cycle. Reviewed and commented on manufacturer hazardous materials management program plans and reports. Wrote the Programmatic Environmental, Safety and Health Evaluation (PESHE) to document the expected life-cycle environmental impacts and associated programmatic risk of the new equipment.
