Assist the Construction Branch with quality assurance reports, constructability, and safety reviews. Also, assist with environmental reviews for lead remediation on upcoming construction in direct collaboration with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

As a Project Manager, the role involved overseeing team deadlines, ensuring smooth collaboration among members, reaching out to companies for sponsorships, handling the team's social media, managing the bank account, and compiling the final report for our competition canoe.

ASCE has partnered with the American Wood Council (AWC), APA - Engineered Wood Association (APA), and Simpson Strong-Tie (SST) to pilot the Timber-Strong Design BuildSM (TSDBSM) Competition. The competition seeks student teams to design and build an artistically creative 2-story wood-light-framed building that is sustainable, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally durable.
