• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for large and complex computerized environment • Differentiate and solve workstation, network and server problems • Answer Help Desk phones, provide 1st level support and properly escalate calls as required. • Provide Desktop support, problem solving on complex issues. • Provide Time Critical Support for the Broadcast Operations system • Set up iPhones, Blackberries, Wi-Fi access• Set up new user AD and Exchange permissions

•Provide direct desktop support to users (in-person, by phone, e-mails, and/or voicemail) to assist with daily software/hardware support requirements. •Provide installation and support (including upgrades and repairs) for specific software applications such as Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, SEDAR and Extranet etc… •Boardroom, Audio, Video and WebEx conference setups•Blackberry BES and iPhone setups and support•Identify, address and correct issues related to the Firm’s network, including connectivity issues, switches and routers etc. •Set-up and install printers and new phones •Properly document issues/resolution of tickets received through the incident reporting system accurately
