Account Manager
Current- Develops, nurtures, and manages ~100 accounts in the Johnston, North Providence, Smithfield, and Burrillville territories
- Evaluates, recommends, and implements processes to aid in continuous improvement
- Works directly and independently with accounts on daily operations and key initiatives
- Uses judgement to evaluate workload and adhere to timelines while managing multiple competing priorities
- Proactively resolves client concerns with onsite teams
- Analyzes, prepares, and presents key account activity to management
