• Responsible for the Finance & Accounting, Treasury, Human Resources, Benefits Administration & Payroll functions • Created, monitored, revised budgets and forecasts• Closely involved in the construction and opening of two new stores of combined 50,000 square feet in Manhattan• Responsible for credit relationships with lending bank, and other major credit sources• Managed due diligence process for potential investors

• Joined to build a Finance function in anticipation of acquisition • Implemented organizational-wide structural changes: staffing, accounts payable controls, operations, payroll/HR, financial reporting and budgeting of this multi-state ladies’ accessories 25 store retail chain in rapid growth phase • Managed the monthly and year-end closes, preparation and analysis of financial statements and cash flow
