Key Accomplishments:-Initiated the resurrection of 2 wells/pumps that had been abandonedSupervised the installation of new well pumps, conducted water testing and monitored the wells outputs. Both wells are now operational, saving the company in water savings in total over 40 thousand dollars per month for the 400 acre nursery.-Organized the purchase and installation of a $465,000 dredge designed by EDDY pump to clean out the 1.6 acre reclamation pond for irrigation watering of the 400 acre nursery. Increased water storage capacity by 50%. This action resulted in the reuse of thousands of gallons of water to be recycled for irrigation purposes. -Supervised the renovation of 3 office buildings with all new flooring, windows, HVAC systems and paint throughout.
