As an experienced HR leader, I have worked in all aspects of the HR profession from a Labour Relations to HR Generalist to a senior leader providing HR advice in a multi-faceted dynamic public sector environment. My HR experience includes extensive work in job evaluation, data management/HRIS, recruitment and selection, compensation, change management, training and human resources planning/succession planning. My labour relations experience includes managing grievances/arbitrations, chairing union-management committee, chief spokesperson, advisor to negotiation teams, planning negotiation strategies & post-bargaining implementation (including planning outcomes to be realized over multiple bargaining engagements), liaising and leadership with public sector labour relations colleagues. I make every effort to create and cultivate a positive working relationship with local and provincial union representatives.My business data analyst experience allows me to bridge the gap between the technological and non-technological constituents of an organization. Bridging this gap enhances the returns, and ultimate success, from the introduction of new technologies into an organization. I work hard to simplify the complexities of digital transformation to help organizations optimize on time and resources by using data-driven decisions.
