I direct distinguished visitor operations for the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC) located at Hohenfels Germany. I plan, coordinate, oversee logistics and execute official luncheons, dinners, receptions, and gatherings hosted by Commanding General of 7th Army Training Command and the Commander of JMRC Operations Group (COG). I also manage all administrative functions and procedures related to protocol. I supervise seven soldiers including one Officer, one Senior NCO, one Staff Sergeant, three Sergeants and two Specialists. I manage a 12-vehicle fleet including seven tactical vehicles and five non-tactical vehicles. I also manage three distinguished visitor barracks with capacity to house 27 visitors.

I served as Installation Coordinator for Robinson Barracks. Provided oversight to daily operations including facilities, events, community issues, and other requirements throughout the community. Coordinated and organized equipment required for installation events support. Performed Quality Control Inspections of all facilities and services at Robinson Barracks. Prepared and submitted maintenance service request and work orders for repairs of discrepancies or shortcomings that impacted community safety, health and quality of life. Assisted with turnover of installation facilities, including family housing and buildings slated for renovations. Monitored operation and performance of community recycling and cleanliness of the installation’s grounds. As a Contract Officer Representative (COR) I provided quality assurance and control on all contracted services at Robison Barracks and Panzer Kaserne. Conducted quality assurance and surveillance inspections; provided technical guidance to contractor and reports to the Contracting Office. As an area manager I compiled and provided progress reports to the Director of Public Works for ongoing construction projects on Robinson Barracks including housing, service facilities, roads and grounds.

Supervised a workforce of 500 personnel; including military, Department of the Army civilians and local nationals in support of a community of 6,700. Compiled information, summarized data, and conducted surveys for use in program performance improvements. Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Squadron Commander. My responsibilities included the training, safety, morale welfare of 740 soldiers. My organization provided soldiers engaged in supply, services, material management and logistical operations in support of the 2nd Cavalry Regiment which consisted of over 4000 soldiers. Sucessfully deployed the unit to the Southern Region of Afghanistan and back with zero loss of life, limb or eyesight.
