I served for 30 years in the United States Army, retiring as a Colonel in 2021. I served all around the world, and lived an amazing life of service. I was afforded the opportunity to take the full measure of myself, and to overcome terrible challenges in the crucible of combat. From April to October of 2022, I walked across America and raised over $100K for the Johnny Mac Soldiers Fund, the Independence Fund, and the Pancreatic Action Network. Along the way I had many adventures, and had 200 people walk with me. In November of 2023, I started a new company called Steel Lion LLC. Steel Lion LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, in close coordination with the most trusted carriers, forges freight solutions for our customers. We see our customers as the unit on our flank, and we approach this mission with the same ethos we shared in the crucible of combat. We are dedicated to creating enduring relationships with our customers and carriers through demonstrated performance excellence and integrity. We will endeavor always to find a way, or make one for our customers.
