Kenneth is an architectural project manager with over 6 years of experience in developing small to midsize complex architectural projects from pre-design to project handover in the field of Architecture & Design. He manages his time and team members in analyzing the potential of a project through code research, analysis, then proposing and developing design ideas, presenting and advising clients and finally executing the approved design vision.At Raad Studio he supports the design team with representation for clients or contractors as well as manages multiple residential ground up and renovation projects. Using industry standard tools and project management skills he helps to keep projects running on their timelines, identifies any potential blockers and helps to define strategies to either mitigate or overcome them with creative solutions. He also assists with construction management tasks such as scheduling deliverables, cost estimating, negotiating proposals, material and labor procurement and ensuring project delivery quality.His strong arts and design background helped him to complete his studies at Pratt Institute. He likes to explore any city and travels around to explore new places and cultures. Always looking for inspirations that can be applied in work through visiting galleries and exhibitions on art, architecture, and urban planning.
