I am a seasoned Police Officer and Security Officer with over 30 years experience. I currently work as security supervisor for Allied Universal. I was injured in Sayed Abad, Wardak Province, Afghanistan on 09/10/2011 while embedded with the military and employed by Dyn Corp. I have recently retired as reserve Sgt. with the Wilson Police Department at Wilson, OK. I was a reserve police officer with Healdton P.D. from November of 2006 to November of 2007. Prior to this, I was employed by the Ardmore Police Department for 12 years and 8 1/2 months. I was a supervisor on patrol shifts for 4 years, an undercover Narcotics Officer for 6 ½ years, detective for 1 year, a sergeant for 4 years and 8 months, on the MET Team for 3 1/2 years, on the Honor Guard for 4 years, and on the Tact Team for 5 years. I vested retired from the Ardmore Police Department in October, 2006. I am a well rounded police and security officer and have a lot of experience and training in all aspects of police and security work. I have a Associates Degree in Criminal Justice. I have approximately 2000 hours of C.L.E.E.T. training in all areas of police work. I hold both and Intermediate Certification and Advanced Certification through C.L.E.E.T. I like very much being an active part in representing the United States of America within other countries. I believe that the United States’ presence in other countries is crucial to the security of our great nation. I have enjoyed being a law enforcement officer and Security Officer, and I always want to do my part in the process of establishing law and order, or providing security wherever I am assigned. I am a people person and I believe in the T.E.A.M. (Together, Everyone, Accomplishes, More) concept.Specialties: International Advisor/Mentor. I am FTO certified and was a FTO supervisor. Tact Team. Reserve Sgt.Wilson Police Department Apr 2013 - Sep 2018While home recovering from injuries in Afghanistan, Chief Felix Hernandez made me a Reserve Sgt. for his department so I can keep up my police certification. MentorDyncorp Nov 2009 - Mar 201611/22/2009, I was assigned as a mentor for the Afghan Border Police (ABP) in 3rd Kandak, Terezayi District, Khowst Province, Afghanistan. I mentored the ABP in the areas Operations, Personnel, Logistics, Finance, and Training. I worked hand in hand with the U.S. Military. I also worked on some corruptions issue concerning ABP Commander and Lead Officers. My End of Mission (EOM) was 11/21/2010.In May 2011, I was assigned to Sayed Abad, Wardak Province, Afghanistan. I mentored the AUP and trained them in police tactics. On 09/10/2011 I was injured during a bombing attack on our C.O.P. where I was assigned with the 10th Mountain Division, 54th MP CO. I was medivacced to Bahgram Airforce Base where I was treated at the military hospital. I was sent home and have undergone shoulder surgery and a complete knee replacement. I received injuries to numerous ribs in my back and had my ears blown out. I am currently recovering from my injuries and sincerely hope to be able to contribute to my country again in the near future. -

I was part of the M.E.T. (Marijuana Eradication Team) Team for approximately 3 ½ years, which involved going through the Army Air Assault School. I went on numerous marijuana missions, resulting in the eradication of 1000’s of marijuana plants and the arrest and convictions of drug violators. I was also on the Tact Team for 5 years. I am certified in and attended Protective Services Training. •Sergeant from March,2002 – October,2006, During this time, I supervised patrol shifts consisting of up to nine patrol officers. I assigned districts to patrol officers. I oversaw all special assignments. I made sure all tasks were completed. I checked reports to make sure all information was available and accurate. I was responsible for monthly and yearly evaluations of officers. I was responsible for work scheduling of officers. I was also assigned to the Criminal Investigation Division for about one year, in which I was assigned numerous different cases of all types of investigative police work. I was also on the Honor Guard for about 4 years.
