About Kenneth Morgan

Senior Department of Defense (DoD) Acquisition, Technology, Logistics (ATL) & Department of the Air Force (DAF) Cyberspace and Technology professional. I possess a combined four plus decades of military aviation propulsion, maintenance management, maintenance data analysis, cybersecurity and technology know-how and skillfulness. I am a retired Chief Master Sergeant selected as the top 1% of the enlisted force and served as active duty for 26 years. Post active duty, I have 15 years in the Civil Service supporting both the Pentagon (A4) Logistics, Installations, Security Forces and the (CIO/A6) Cyberspace & Technology Directorates. My current position is the Air Force Reserve, Chief Technology Information Officer (CITO). The CITO is a unique blend of abilities developing and operationalizing enterprise business and technology strategies which span: people, processes, technology and data. I have envisioned new and reimagined existing work processes, while leading several data and technology implementations. I have developed DoD and DAF decision support tools enabling aviation maintenance and logistics management. I have garnered a robust collaborative network of experts across the Federal Government, Department of Defense and Industry capable of resolving complex technical and policy challenges at all echelons.
