I am a global financial leader with oversight of 7 manufacturing sites and driving execution of the financial plan consisting of: improving cash conversion via effective management of contract terms in both supply chain and commercial contracts; improving inventory management via S&OP alignment across a global network of suppliers both external and vertically integrated; developing effective business strategies for capital expenditure ensuring adequate ROI and payback; managing overheads in line with revenue and delivering year over year economies of scale; driving continuous cost out in operations; and ultimately delivering year on year profit growth. Further, I have developed high performing finance teams supporting stringent financial controls, and delivering improved FP&A capability with a focus on risk mitigation strategies and outlining a path to achieving our profit goals. I have also developed a streamlined global cost accounting network of accountants and engineers which have served to improve lead time on product quoting and improve accuracy behind product development and commercialization costs leading to greater profit at the time of launch. Additional achievements include directly supporting successful negotiations on contract extensions worth more than $250MM across industry leading wound care companies; aiding in identification and execution of streamlined manufacturing opportunities driving more than $5.0MM out of operations costs; and successfully supporting integration of multiple acquisitions.

Key responsibilities included full P&L ownership with accountability over the monthly closing process, monthly forecasting, annual budgeting across a network of global suppliers and internal manufacturing, ensuring adequate ROI on significant investment into marketing campaigns, and managing SGA effectively delivering scale economies year on year. Additional responsibilities included acquisition diligence, new product launch assessments, and long term investment planning to support our 5 yr plan.Achievements include graduation from a highly prestigious leadership development program with the Center For Creative Leadership; delivering more than $1.5MM in profit by leading supply chain through cost reduction initiatives; reducing provisioning for co-marketing reimbursement by more than $2.0MM through enhanced financial controls and customer relationship management improving accuracy and integrity of co-marketing spend with major retailers; delivering significant COGNOS based planning, forecasting, and control capabilities around cost center management reducing excess spending and resources required to manage the budget; among other accomplishments.

I began as a senior analyst for generic pharmaceuticals manufacturing and was quickly promoted to lead senior analyst for the consumer healthcare business directly supporting the executive leadership team on delivering the business strategy and driving year on year profit growth.

Lead analyst for engine development and production validation on the pinnacle military program for Pratt & Whitney, the F135 JSF Mililtary Contract with accountability for a $364M budget spanning operations across multiple sites. Responsibilities included supporting the monthly close and developing robust variance and risk analysis while also preparing the executive flash reporting and communicating results across all levels of management. Additional responsibilities included leadership on the annual budgeting process, ROI and Critical Path analysis on perspective investment scenarios to ensure all contract milestones were met on budget and ahead of schedule.Special projects included Value Stream mapping initiatives reducing lead time and cost on high impact procedures, developing business intelligence solutions across SAP and COGNOS, and completing significant training on Lean Manufacturing.
