- Ensures quality of newly developed product regarding color, hand feel, and construction meets internal and external customer satisfaction requirements - Ensures requests, receipts, hand-offs, and approvals of all samples meet calendar requirements - Ensures Product Development adherence to all critical dates - Communicates with the oversea Product Development Manager in regards to current and upcoming product issues - Proactively identifies areas of improvement, related to systems, processes, etc - Continually seeks to improve and elevate the external services that Product Development can offer to customers, and internal processes within the supply chain - Travel to domestic China manufacturing locations - Develop trims from artwork to proto - Proactively provide development suggestions / options to the Sales Team - Product Developer related to pricing and improving design for production quality - Follow up on pricing and delivery with the factory in proto stage - Review and ensure pricing is competitive and correct - Work with Customer Service and/or production when there are any quality issues to provide solutions for improvement - Communicate daily with the EU Product Developers and Sales Reps

- Trims product development follow up & co-ordination with sales and factory - Manage the “BID” program / RFP from sales team- Work closely with regional offices (Vietnam / Bangladesh/ Pakistan / India etc)- Management for my team and technical support- Sustainable goal responsibility- Cost saving and build up the costing structure- Provide quotation and creation information to sales and marketing- Keep monitoring the status in good schedule- Dotted line report to Operation Manager - Work together with QA/QC for problem solve of quality issues and compliance
