•Conduct analytical residue chemistry studies to fulfill EPA requirements in order to register new compounds and to support existing product registrations.•Develop analytical methods of analysis in compliance with GLP guidelines. •Train and supervise lower level research assistants in wet chemistry and GLP regulations.•Perform optimization for each compound and analyze in various matrices using API 3000 LC/MS/MS.•Data analysis using Excel spreadsheets.
