Coaches from countries ranging from Australia, India, South Africa, Singapore, Turkey, England, France, Belgium, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, and cities throughout the USA market the TALENTx7® to their clients.During my 30+ year career as an I/O psychologist, I have purposefully integrated the two worlds of higher education and business. As an academician, I have been on the faculties of Iowa State University and the University of Wisconsin. As a practitioner, I have been employed as an internal management consultant for Union Carbide Corporation (in Tennessee) and the Intergraph Corporation (in Alabama). In addition, I have been an external management consultant or executive coach at such organizations as Nestle USA, Lucent Technologies, Xcel Energy, Presto Industries, RSM, Ayres Associates, the Mayo Clinic (Luther Hospital), and the Department of Energy.I was Vice President of Global Research for six years at Korn Ferry International when we developed viaEDGE and ProSpective - two of the most used client assessments in the firm's history. I have written eight books, published more than 50 peer-reviewed journal articles, and presented numerous research papers at national and international conferences.
