With an extensive background of more than 30 years of “boots on the ground” construction and project management experience involving projects both locally and statewide. Having been born and raised in the Recreational Vehicle and Construction Industries, I strive for excellence, quality, and customer satisfaction. While in the RV industry quickly learned the value of the client. By analyzing the needs of the customer and fulfilling them, I have emerged as a top ten national leader for prominent companies such as Lance, Winnebago, and Fleetwood Industries. My construction experience evolved through my involvement in the construction of custom homes and high-end luxury homes within my family’s construction business. Then graduating to commercial projects, specializing in multifamily, hospitality and educational facility projects. My current responsibilities as Renegade Construction Services’ Director of Construction, include managing field operations company-wide, ensuring the right resources are deployed to Renegade’s projects, assuring programs and projects are delivered, meeting Renegade’s and client’s values, and building upon existing and new client relationships. Responsible for Renegade’s internal continuing education program designed to continuously improve Team Member’s leadership skills, knowledge base, and incorporate emerging technologies and trends.
