Mr. Kenneth R. Megale, B. Comm., C. Snr., is a graduate of Montreal’s McGill University with a degree from the commerce faculty majoring in real estate and urban analysis. Mr. Megale has conducted business with some of Canada’s largest pension funds and institutional investors. He has vast experience in almost all aspects of real estate including; planning and design, marketing, financing, stratification, construction, permitting, leasing and sales.
