Office Assistance Specialist
Current• Perform health care related tasks, such as, monitoring vital signs.• Administer medication under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.• Participate in case reviews, consulting with team, caring for the client, evaluating the client’s needs and planning for continuing services.• Accompanying clients to locations outside the home/facility, such as, physicians’ offices or outings.• Observe client’s conditions, measuring and recording food/ liquid intake, output and vital signs, and reporting changes to professional staff.• Provide patient care by supervising all areas of average daily living.• Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisors and case managers
