Customer Service Representative
CurrentRespond to homeowner’s warranty requests, evaluate, and determine if they are covered under the terms of the warranty Coordinate, schedule and manage the timely repairs of warrantable items and ensure they are completed to company and construction industry standards Maintain contact with homeowners to keep them informed of progress of repairs and upcoming schedule Issue Purchase Orders and ensure they are authorized and released after work is completed Document contacts with trades and homeowners, as well as no show appointments, incomplete work or substandard work and coordinate rescheduling of the appointments Assist in maintaining assigned community and model homes to high standards Conduct demonstrations and pre-closing walks and presentations to new homeowners
