I am interested in working for a company that will teach me and expand my knowledge so that I can be useful in many areas of the business. I am very interested in Human Resources: working as an assistant, associate, or associate manager. I am not afraid to learn, enjoy talking with people whether it is one on one or in a group. I believe in team work but also understand the value of being able to work alone and make real time decisions. I have worked in management with 30-35 staff under my supervision, dealt with FMLA, EAP, vacation and sick leave, scheduling, appraisals, action plans, grievances and terminations. I also have customer service working in the insurance business and as the Financial Aid Officer for Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary. I have a felony record so if you are in need of someone to fill a position that requires a license please make sure that I can do that before you waste your time and mine.
