It all started with my dad introducing me to the Star Wars: Rogue Squadron game on the computer when I was 3, with the computer interest carrying me into College with now being in the IT world for 8 years and in the MSP(Managed Service Provider) world for more than 3 years.I am constantly learning about IT products and services on a daily basis. I am currently learning about Microsoft Office 365/Entra ID(Formerly known as Azure AD)I strive every day to be super approachable to both customers and fellow technicians alike. (A dumb question asked is better no question asked.)I dabble in pretty much everything in IT: Printers, Cybersecurity, Computer Hardware, phones(desk and cell), Networks, servers, backup, Software-as-a-Service(SaaS), even running cables which I will thank ITSG for teaching me that(Shoutout to David, Jason, and James)My current accomplishments:- Launched Remote Monitoring & Management(RMM) with Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) as a service offering at IDS to provide computer and server cybersecurity to our customers which I currently lead the projects to deploy and maintain it.- Migrated from 1 cloud backup solution to another much more reliable solution to our customers at IDS.With new backup product, I was able to recover all the files from a full backup for a customer that I had setup the 2 says before the server crashed and then assisted customer with deployment of getting file access back to their users.- Helped multiple customers get setup with a brand new Firewall with the whole configuration as it was preciously the same morning their old ones were dying.- Implementing Proofpoint Essentials as an email security solution for multiple customers If you require IT, Phone or Printer help or even just want to ask a question, send me a message on here or visit idsinc.ca/contact
