Mr. Roth is past president of the Burlington County Bar Association, and he was a Trustee of the Camden County Bar Association from 1990 to 1993. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Environmental Law Section of the State Bar Association, where he has served as Section Delegate to the General Council. He is also named in “Who's Who” in American Law, received the highest rating for attorneys of AV-Preeminent from Martindale Hubble and named as an "Awesome Attorney" in the December issue of South Jersey Magazine in the Commercial/Business Law category.Mr. Roth has lectured at the New Jersey State Bar Association annual meeting on the subject of defense of toxic tort actions, the Northwest Center for Professional Education on citizen suits under the Clean Water Act, the National Business Institute on the effect of environmental regulations on real estate transactions, and Lorman Education Services on Community Association Law. He has also lectured for the New Jersey Regional Council of the Community Associations Institute. Mr. Roth has been appointed to the Superior Court and United States District Court mediation and arbitration panels, and he currently serves as a court appointed mediator and arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey.
