I have over 20 years experience working as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry with Prudential. In my time at Prudential, I’ve been involved in a wide variety of projects, including various product launches, the start up of a new business operation in Poland, business transformation projects and regulatory changes (such as GDPR), to name but a few.At Prudential, I have helped the business change through writing clear and unambiguous requirements, agreeing and presenting options to deliver the requirements and making sure that the agreed design is delivered.I have an ISEB diploma in Business Systems Development specialising in Business Analysis from the British Computer Society.
