I Managed all aspects of a $20 million acquisition program to include acquisition planning, contracting, budgeting, Funding Action Requests, logistics support-ability, and new equipment training.I worked as a member of the Integrated Planning Team with US Department of Energy studying methods to incorporate new energy technologies into the Marine Corps expeditionary power schemes. I was the Marine subject matter expert supporting Sandia National Labs in creating an energy modeling and decision tool capable of implementing all current and near future technologies into realistic scenarios.As Project manager I directed the Cummins Power development of a micro-gridding digital control system operating several generators autonomously providing fuel efficiencies and logistics savings.I was also the Project manager directing Cummins Power in developing a large scale, 30kWH energy storage system used in conjunction with the micro-gridding digital control system.I was the Utilities liaison to Marine Corps Expeditionary Energy Office fielding the Ground Renewable Electrical Energy Network System (GREENS), a lightweight solar system capable of producing up to 3kW of power.I received the Meritorious Service Medal for accomplishments as a project officer in the fields of expeditionary energy and renewable energy development.

Following the successful invasion of Iraq efforts turned to the refurbishing and reconstitution of all assets.
