Provide technical support for the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD), Rapid Prototyping Division at Ft Eustis, VA. Responsible for the development of prototype and production designs, concepts, and requirements for use on fixed wing and rotary wing US Army aircraft. Support the Design & Analysis branch with reverse engineering of three-dimensional components utilizing the FARO Laser Scanning Arm FARO Focus 3D Scanner and input data into CAD software. Acquire aircraft structure data through the use of FARO Laser Tracker and transfer three dimensional data within aircraft coordinate system into CAD models. Operate and conduct user maintenance of 3-D printers for the fabrication of ABS plastic parts used in rapid prototyping for form, fit, and function. Operate ProEngineer/Creo CAD software and Windchill data management system software, Statasys 3-D Printer, Insight/FDM software, FARO Laser Tracker, Scanning Arm, and Focus 3D scanner.

As a contractor for CAS, Inc., I provided the same technical support for the Aviation Applied Technology Directorate (AATD), Rapid Prototyping Division at Ft Eustis, VA., as listed above for my current position. My responsibilities were the same as my current position.

Provided support for the design of the Aviation Fuel (JP5) piping system in new carrier design. Responsible for design team and the design of piping arrangements based on Navy standards and diagram requirements, legacy designs, field checks, and hand sketches.
