At ICNet, my role was split between technical interface development and pre-sales technical consultation.As an interface developer, I developed interfaces between customers’ clinical systems (including iPM, Cerner, Lorenzo, TrakCare and Meditech) and ICNet, using Orion Rhapsody, HL7 and bespoke messages. I contributed to development of standard interface templates and developed a messaging specification between ICNet and JAC Pharmacy.On the pre-sales side, I demonstrated ICNet to customers, in person and via webex. I estimated small projects and developed the process for managing small project estimations. I also the developed technical due diligence document to be used by the commercial team. I consulted with the sales team on any and all technical matters and issues

I was hired by Bridgeforward in January 2008. Bridgeforward was later purchased by iSoft, which in turn was purchased by CSC. Throughout that period of time, my role was divided between project consultancy, broader commercial meetings and customer training on integration engines and interfacing.I developed a variety of interfaces for and with customers using eBiz2000, ClearSpan Server and Viaduct, HL7 and various other data/message formats, including mapping between disparate message formats.I provided pre-sales technical advice and information to in-house sales staff and to customers and supported customers in the use of various interfacing technologies. I trained customers in the use of ClearSpan Server and Viaduct.
