Primary responsibilities are to identify Embraer Phenom delivery customers, work with the applicable Regional Sales Manager to determine the appropriate strategy to enroll the customer's engines on an ESP engine maintenance program and meet with customer or customer's representative to present the value of an ESP program.Other responsibilities include the design and execution of marketing and sales strategies, policies, and programs for company ESP engine maintenance programs, the development and regulation of sales programs and the examination of marketing and sales statistics to devise sales and marketing strategies.

– Manage $227 million fleet maintenance contracts (power per hour) for US and African operators.– Responsible for shop event forecast, maintaining targeted gross margins for life of contract and ensuring complete customer satisfaction with P&WC services– Propose and execute contractual reviews and changes to enhance customer service and drive profitability– Monitor engine shop events to minimize repair cycle and match workscopes to contractual requirements– Contribute to the development, implementation of and training for Excel, CRM and SAP tools.– Designated as an International Trade Compliance resource
