AffinityeHealth has developed and operates an eHealth compliance monitoring solution. This solution empowers individual recovery while enabling agencies to monitor compliance and ensure patient accountability and public safety. My activities on this initiative span multiple roles including business analysis, solution architecture, interaction design, product management, and business development. I have been fully responsible through the life-cycle of this initiative for all business analysis activities, client input, design, specifications, development management, and implementation. I am also active in business development, sales support, and customer service.

Affinity Solutions is a provider of e-Learning and e-Health solutions. Current initiatives include an e-Learning /community portal complimented with a suite of online courses for the US National Guard and a telehealth solution being developed in conjunction with Health Canada. As CLO, I interface between the company and its clients/partners to architect appropriate e-Learning and e-Health solutions. Working with the National Guard, I have provided business and front-end analysis, system architecture, instructional design, client relationship management, and production management for the successful implementation of the Guard Family Team Building learning center: www.jointservicessupport.org ; the Guard Family Action Plan portal - a DoD compliant issue resolution application: www.gfap.org - as well as a suite of e-Learning courses to support the Family Team Building initiatives. Working with Affinity partners in the fields of substance abuse and chemical dependency treatment, as well as Health Canada and The Center for Global e-Health Innovation at the University of Toronto, I have been a principle contributor in terms of architecture, design, and implementation as well as product manager of the companies Circle of Prevention and Intervention (COPI) initiative. Recently migrated the companies learning management solution and courseware to SCORM compatibility.

Technomedia is an e-Learning company based in Montreal, Quebec, with offices in Toronto and Paris. Technomedia’s flagship product, Sigal, is an enterprise learning and competency management platform that supports learning portals in a number of large corporations in both Canada and Europe. This platform has been adopted by BCE and its subsidiaries as the Integrated Learning Environment (ILE).Working as a consultant to Technomedia within Bell Canada , I provide the following services in support of Technomedia and Bell customers:- Front-end Analysis - e-Learning Strategy Consulting - Business Analysis- Learning Architecture - Instructional Design - Project Management

Reporting directly to the CEO, I was responsible for business strategy, solution architecture, product development, content selection, vendor relationships, and management for the e-Learning division. In addition, I actively participated in new business development and marketing functions pertaining to the e-Learning division of Infocast Corporation. Infocast was a global e-learning solutions provider with customers in the United States, Canada, South Africa, and Australia. In my role with Infocast I mapped out and defined the strategy and direction of the company’s e-Learning solution and play a key role in defining the companies business plan and marketing strategy in this arena.

In the position of VP Product Development - Canada, I reported directly to the President of the Canadian division. I had full responsibility to build, structure, and manage the product development group and provided executive support for the US parent company. My responsibilities were incisive of all phases of instructional design and product development.

Mentor Networks began in 1993 as a developer of Continuing Medical Education (CME) courseware and evolved to become an award winning developer of Computer Skills and Call Centre product lines. In the position of VP Product Development, I reported directly to the President and CEO and had full responsibility to build, structure, and manage the product development group at Mentor Networks Inc. (acquired in 1998 by ITC Learning and renamed ITC Canada - a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Learning). As a company founder, I helped to launch the company and was instrumental in growing it from a start-up with a handful of employees to a global leader in courseware development. My management experience included all facets of staff management and leadership including, recruitment, hiring, performance appraisals, coaching and mentoring.
