Required to manage FOH and BOH catering equipment for all of Audubon Nature Institute’s special events venues which includes The Audubon Tearoom, The Audubon Golf Clubhouse, Aquarium of Americas & Imax, and The Species Survival Center. Responsibilities includes attending weekly BEO (Banquet Event Orders) meetings to discuss execution of upcoming events. Liaison between FOH and BOH to ensure proper and correct amount of vessels, props, china, flatware and glassware is used for each event. I also develop weekly schedules for line and supervisory employees as well as supervise daily operations. Other duties include maintaining inventory, purchasing and payroll.

Required to solely supervise, coordinate & facilitate the movement of 50+ talents throughout the Morial Convention Center. Responsibilities included facilitating conference calls & pre-meetings to coordinating artist movements for appearances with sponsors & talent representatives. Helped structure and input information to the Master Talent Movement Document which was use by all entities involved with talent movement from a production perspective to ensure clear communication. I also coordinated security teams to escort artists to/from appearance booths throughout the Morial Convention Center.
