I supervise and conduct research for III-Nitride microelectronic devices, especially high electron mobility transistors and deep ultraviolet emitters. My duties include but are not limited to metal organic chemical vapor deposition growth, device design and fabrication, measurement and analysis, as well as upkeep of the legacy equipment. I also function as my lab’s safety officer a have substantially raised our safety standards.

I conducted research on ultra sensitive graphene gas detectors. This included but was not limited to building and operating a cryostat, device design and fabrication, mathematical modeling and testing, as well as analysis and writing.
