He has represented engineers, environmental consultants, architects, general contractors as well as owners, in matters involving environmental contamination, alleged errors in design and workmanship, breach of contract claims for delay and disruption, change order claims, contractor substitution disputes, and architectural copyright violation claims, involving both public and private projects. He has particular expertise in soils and foundation issues involving geotechnical claims and has litigated dozens of environmental disputes involving Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, the adequacy of EIR/EIS under CEQA and NEPA, groundwater and soil contamination, landfill capping and closures, waste water systems, and Superfund sites.
