I realized throughout my high school career at different internships that I wanted to be successful and have a great work environment. Im a person who stays on task no matter what the action maybe. I have very little management experience, but I do have an interest in this field. Also, due to a past scenario at a previous seasonal job in H&M where I was recommend an assistant management position. I handled a situation very delegate and my manger appreciated the way I handled the situation. I have interest in management due to great skill in coordinating actions and how to get the task on hand finished. I like to work towards as close to perfection!
