Current• Working with key business and technology stakeholders to develop the strategy to support transformation initiatives and the development & deployment of companywide enterprise architectures• Identifies and drives opportunities to simplify and leverage the existing tools/assets and resources across the company• Provides technical advice and guidance, and technical due diligence assistance, for potential acquisition or merger projects• Develops and fosters a culture of technical excellence and innovation across the architectural industry and business community. • Actively engage business and technology partners on technical designs and roadmaps• Create, govern and evangelize the technical architecture with the respective stakeholders on both business and technology• Collaborate with all the divisional managers to create architectural principles, standards and guidelines• Communicate company strategy to board of directors• Oversee revenue generation• Preside over operations.• Identify ways to maximize revenue• Work with audit committee to prepare budgets• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by each division• Report and share information with the board to ensure they are kept fully informed on the condition of the organization and important factors influencing it• Identify and lead new business opportunities• Ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of the organization• Sets goal, monitor work, and evaluate results to ensure that divisional and organizational objectives and operating requirements are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization• Work alongside community leaders, executive directors, government officials, and senior staff/board members• Participate in and nurture broad networks of alliances with others to exchanges knowledge and information about learning and change in support of change initiatives
