I have more than 20 years experience in operations and sales in every level from Dockworker, Supervision in both dock and warehouse, Operations Manager and Manager of Sales and Service. With this is experience also comes superior customer service skills, including problem solving and helping the customers come up with solutions to help make them more efficient and profitable. While doing this we grew revenue 20-30% yearly and had one of the lowest claims ratios in the company.We were also the only terminal in the system that on the last 2 employee surveys had perfect scores which helped me with employee retention and therefore had an experienced team that were more capable of making our facility one of the most well rounded and service friendly in the entire company.
