I have worked in the Internet business since 1998 when I got out of college. I have worked for four different companies, although it sometimes feels like many more. Several mergers have given me ample opportunity to get used to many different work-cultures and several company sizes. Although I have often tried to keep my tasks on a practical ground level, usually I have ended up being responsible for either projects, customers or departments. In the beginning this happened somewhat by default, but later years I have sought such positions actively as they are both challenging, demanding and inspiring. Although my start was electrical engineering and programming, I have since worked with project management, larger system development projects and product development as well as management.My early experience was in web and user interface, as well as web-technologies. I worked for banks, government and the magazine business.For the last few years, my main experiences has been developing mobile applications and systems, streaming radio and video, as well as working with one of the largest CDN's in Europe. My specialty is finding the best ways in which to apply technology to a business need and achieving a sound business from those means. I have great experience in leading both teams, departments and companies, balancing the need of the organization with the individual needs of its members. My goal is to contribute to successful businesses or ideas. I get great enjoyment from developing both products and organizations to better performance, or getting them to work from scratch. I have never delivered below the results I have promised. My long term goal is to be a CTO or COO in a large technology heavy International company.Specialties: User Interface, Technological overview and overhead systems architecture. Streaming Media, Mobile applications. Managing human resources as well as being a bridge-builder between marketing/sales and R&D.
