Oversaw the housekeeping department for Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites; a 250 room complex. Managed a team of 35 employees; responsible for training and development for the rooms division, public space and laundry. Other responsibilities included managing labor, inventory and general maintenance of guest rooms.
